Hi Jaimi! I've been meaning to ask you this for a while--- I have a toe injury on my right big toe and can't put any pressure on it, esp in dorsiflexion. For something like plank-- I go on my knees. For the mermaid rolls and similar poses, would you also suggest I come down to my knees? Thanks!
